TERMS AND CONDITONS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders within the United States are processed, shipped and delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending on the design.

Orders outside the United States are processed, shipped and delivered within 4-8 weeks, depending on the design.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The cut-off time for expedited shipping is 2:00 pm EST. Any orders placed using express shipping after 2:00 PM EST will ship on the following business day.

USPS does deliver to PO Boxes. USPS does not make deliveries on the weekend and all major United States national holidays. tesslo.shop is NOT responsible for weather-related delays.

In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will contact you via e-mail and/or by phone, at the e-mail address and phone number listed on your order.

Most orders are processed within 72 hours. After being processed below are the shipping timetables:

  • USPS Ground arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped
  • UPS 3 Day Air arrives in 3 business days once shipped
  • UPS 2nd Day Air arrives in 2 business days once shipped
  • UPS Next Day Air arrives next business day once shipped

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE USA

Note, we cannot ship to international P.O. boxes.

Please be advised that due to customs restrictions some items cannot be shipped to certain countries.

For a complete list of restricted items please visit: https://www.ups.com/ga/CountryRegs. Select the United States as the origin country and select your country as the destination, then click on ‘Prohibited or Restricted Commodities’ and ‘Show Regulations’ to view the complete list.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may take an additional 3-9 business days for processing depending on when your order is received at the UPS i-Parcel Facility.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

If a product arrives damaged, contact us at +1 646-428-4719. If a product was damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to try and rectify the problem.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER STILL HASN’T ARRIVED?

Contact us immediately at +1 646-428-4719. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

FABRIC TYPE

We do our best to source the exact fabric type and color/pattern of the item. However, there are circumstances when we cannot source the exact same fabric color/pattern on display. As bespoke fashion professionals, we provide guidance to customers on suitable alternatives.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

TESSLO CELEBRITY, INFLUENCER AND MODEL COLLABORATION

At Tesslo, we are thrilled to explore collaborative opportunities with talented stylists, celebrities, and influencers who align with our brand’s vision. To ensure a successful and mutually beneficial partnership, we kindly request adherence to the following terms and conditions:

Outfit Returns:

  • All outfits provided by Tesslo to stylists for shoots or events are to be returned in excellent condition within 7 business days following the event or shoot.

Usage Rights:

  • Tesslo reserves the right to use any images, videos, and other media featuring our outfits in Tesslo’s social media, website, and press communications, without limitations.

Social Media Engagement:

  • We appreciate any form of positive interaction that helps boost visibility and engagement. Celebrities and influencers are expected to engage with Tesslo’s posts featuring them. Engagement can be in the form of likes, comments, emojis, or shares/stories.

Social Media Credit:

  • In any social media post where a gifted or loaned Tesslo outfit is worn, we expect that Tesslo be credited in the post description or tagged in the images.

Commissioning Lead Time:

  • For the creation of specific outfits intended for special occasions, Tesslo must be commissioned at least 12 weeks in advance to ensure adequate time for design, fitting, and alterations.
  • Where the cost of producing such an outfit exceeds Tesslo’s budget range for that project, the collaborating partner (stylist, celebrity or influencer) will incur the balance.

Content Creation:

  • Models and influencers are welcome to use outfits from Tesslo’s collections to create personalized content, provided that:
  • Tesslo is appropriately credited in each post.
  • The content aligns with our brand ethos, emphasizing high-quality imagery and video.

Additional Costs:

  • Tesslo will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred with the delivery, return, or styling of outfits. All such costs must be covered by the stylist, celebrity, influencer, or model involved in the collaboration.

Respect for Brand Ethos:

  • All collaborative content must reflect Tesslo’s commitment to elegance, innovation, and quality. We reserve the right to request the discontinuation of the use of our products in content that does not align with our brand values.

Focus on Design:

  • Due to the fact that Tesslo designs avant-garde pieces, some of which are in colorful print fabrics, we prefer collaboration projects that draw attention to the beauty, color, and designs of the outfits—be it in music videos, editorial photography, or social media content. This focus helps to highlight the unique aspects of our creations and ensures that they are presented in contexts that complement their aesthetic and artistic value.

Additional Provisions:

  • Tesslo retains the authority to approve or disapprove any styling proposals or posts prior to public sharing.
  • Disputes arising from these collaborations may be resolved through consultation between both parties.

By accepting our products and agreeing to collaborate, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
