Fast fashion thrives on impulse. Tesslo doesn’t. Every Just Jackets piece is handcrafted, made-to-order, and designed to live multiple lives with you. That’s why we encourage our community to shop with intention.

When you invest in a Tesslo jacket, you’re not buying a trend. You’re choosing utility and artistry, a piece created ethically, with care, and built to last.

Refunds

We do not accommodate refunds for change of mind.

Each jacket is handmade once you order, which means time, craft, and materials are committed to your piece. We ask you to choose carefully, as we cannot accept refunds if you simply change your mind.

Repair and Replacement for Defects

If your jacket arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right, either through repair or replacement.

Exchanges

One-time size exchange.

We understand sizing can be tricky, especially for first-time customers. That’s why we allow one exchange per order for a different size, provided:
– The jacket is unworn and in its original condition.
– The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
– Immediate exchange is subject to availability (because we don’t mass produce).

Missing Packages

Tesslo is not responsible for missing packages but we will work with you to provide all relevant details to help track any package shipped to you.

Made-to-Order Timeline
All Tesslo jackets are handmade to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships. Each piece is crafted with care and precision, reflecting Tesslo’s commitment to artisanal craftsmanship and sustainable fashion.

International Shipping
Complimentary international shipping on orders over $800.

Customs and Duties

Please note that customs and duties fees may be required upon delivery depending on the country of origin, destination country, and the value of the goods being shipped. These fees are set by the local government and are the responsibility of the customer. Tesslo is not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be required upon delivery.
