How do I place an order? And what are your atelier hours?

We operate by appointment only. To book an appointment, kindly contact us via email or telephone.

Do I need to physically visit your store to place an order?

We currently operate as a virtual atelier. While most of our consultations happen online, we schedule physical meetings for clients who can afford it. We also accommodate long-distance orders and can ship worldwide.

Does Tesslo sell ready-to-wear items?

No. All items are custom-made and made-to-measure.

Do you make “Big & Tall,” plus size, and children’s clothing?

We create outfits for all types of clients, including adults and children. All our garments are custom-made.

How long does it take to get a garment made?

All our garments are handmade in the U.S. Depending on the size of your order, we can typically fulfill orders within 4 weeks.

How do you accept payments?

We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfers, CashApp, Venmo and Zelle.
